Well we hope you had one slammin’ weekend and not only lived it up, but got some rest I know I needed it this weekend. So up for this weeks 1st blog post in case you missed it news Mr. K. West dropped another G.O.O.D. music Friday joint teaming up w/ fellow mates Lupe Fiasco and Pharrell Williams from the CRS days. It was once said that this trio would be releasing an album off the strength of this one record they recorded called US Placers (video below). Although that album never came to life this past Friday’s G.O.O.D music drop “Don’t Stop” gives hope to fans that this album may still be in the works.

Growing up in an era where Dr. Marten’s were the –ish, and not that it isn’t hot anymore, but everyone was wearing them. I know I wanted a pair and finally got them after the fact. Furthermore, its good to see Dr. Marten’s are still around ROCKN’ IT HARDCORE. Yet better than that is the fact that for it’s 50th Anniversary campaign they brought in YOON & VERBAL to cover The Runaways CHERRY BOMB in one ill “Day in the Life” style video. CHECK IT OUT!!!

Not to get crazy with this Kanye West thing, but the guy is on the tear with an album due out in the next month or two, dropping G.O.O.D. music every Friday, a SMASHING performance on SNL a week ago, and the premiere of his film 35 minute short film “RUNAWAY” in Paris at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts screening room.
